Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver efficient and friendly support to customers via phone and email by responding promptly and accurately.
• Fix complex digital account or technical issues by leveraging internal systems and resources.
• Recognize client essentials and propose relevant banking products or services to improve their financial stability.
• Assist in the orientation and peer-to-peer guidance of new hires to help uphold a consistent level of service quality.
• Make a concerted effort to convey empathy and diligence in all client interactions to solidify long-term loyalty.
• Partner with various teams to streamline procedures and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
• Keep in strict accordance with corporate compliance guidelines, banking policies, and industry regulations.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Securing a high school degree or an equivalent qualification.
• The ideal candidate will have a background of up to two years in customer service roles within retail, food service, banking, sales, insurance, or call center settings.

Preferred:

• A proficiency in English and Spanish could result in eligibility for an increased compensation bonus due to language skills.
