Financial Specialist are based within bank branches and work collaboratively across multiple branches while managing an assigned book of business. Advisors execute an advice and planning strategy to help clients achieve their savings, investing, and retirement goals. Responsibilities:

• Counsels clients on investment and insurance approaches, formulating bespoke financial strategies.
• Develops and upholds an investment and insurance portfolio.
• Strengthens the client experience through proficient management of sales and service procedures, identifying opportunities for expansion, and guiding clients towards internal referrals when necessary.
• Enhances and sustains client relationships through ongoing business development and networking interactions.
• Enhances customer loyalty and wallet share through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to effectively resolve and address client issues in a timely and appropriate way.
• Formulates and implements investment and insurance tactics, determining appropriate products to aid in reaching client goals.
• Provides personalized financial recommendations and guidance that are tailored to suit the unique goals and objectives of clients.
• Tracks financial frameworks and advises on necessary alterations.
• Educates and informs branch staff and internal business partners on recognizing investment opportunities.
• Strengthens investment education initiatives for branch staff members.
• Collaborates with branch managers and investment sales associates to guide branch efforts in attaining investment results.
• Facilitates communication with both internal and external collaborators to drive the exchange of referrals.
• Frequently examines business results and pipeline oversight with branch managers and partners.
• Meets the stipulated goals for lead and referral response times as per the service level agreements.
• Conforms to the relevant statutes, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Commonly expects individuals to have obtained a four-year degree.
• Experience in a relevant professional capacity for over two years.
• In place of a formal degree, a mix of educational credentials, job-specific certifications, and relevant experience (like military training) might be deemed suitable.
• Experienced in client sourcing, relationship management, credit risk assessment, financial scrutiny, financial modeling development, public speaking presentations, and sales execution.
• Expert in coaching, proficient in communication, and skilled in customer experience management.
