Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with everyday banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
• Establish and maintain both personal and business financial profiles
• Educate customers on banking products including loans, credit cards, and savings options
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Follow internal policies and comply with regulatory requirements
• Provide prompt, courteous, and effective resolution to customer issues
• Support branch sales and service goals through active assistance and teamwork
