How One Chooses to Allocate Their Time:

• Initiate tailored inquiries to transform simple transactions, account upkeep, and other standard service demands into opportunities for recommending additional products or services, enhancing customer connections and meeting their requirements effectively
• Generate sales prospects through initiating phone calls, engaging with potential clients face-to-face, presenting workplace banking options, and cultivating connections for client referrals
• Balance competing demands while achieving daily key performance indicators
• Engage in learning procedures such as transactions, handling a cash register, and fulfilling banking paperwork in alignment with industry and legal guidelines

Qualifications::

• You excel in a dynamic sales-oriented group, leveraging regular coaching and feedback to enhance sales results
• Using in-depth product expertise and effective communication, you help clients improve their financial well-being by addressing their unique needs
• You excel at persuasive communication, cultivating positive impressions, and enjoy resolving challenges to achieve advantageous outcomes
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, whether finalizing paperwork or explaining product advantages and benefits
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess one year of retail experience, engaging directly with customers and recommending products resulting in successful sales, or have equivalent relevant experience
• Have reliable transportation and availability to work branch hours, including weekends and occasional evenings
• Can achieve NMLS registration within 90 days if required
