One of the main tasks of a Branch Client Advisor is to educate clients on various banking products and services available to them.

A Branch Client Advisor provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the team to accomplish growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition by coordinating client referrals and enhancing sales efforts.
• Attend to customer needs by addressing account concerns, resolving problems, and handling complaints with efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a positive customer experience through proactive engagement and educational support. Work towards meeting established behavioral metrics set by Retail Leadership, including promoting client referrals and engagement initiatives.
• Carry out daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner while working to prevent controllable losses. Adhere to all relevant bank policies and regulations for accuracy and compliance.
• Completes special ventures and supplementary obligations and tasks as needed. Displays a constant dedication to conforming to the regulations and norms tied to the position, as delineated, and successfully concludes mandatory compliance courses. Tasked with preserving compliance with applicable national, state, and local regulations and statutes.

Job Requirements:

• Attainment of a high school diploma or its alternative (GED, HiSET, TASC) or an acceptable foreign equal is required.
• Customer service and sales experience of at least 3 years is a prerequisite.
