Banking Consultants act as trusted advisors to clients by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized guidance and banking solutions that support informed financial decision-making and long-term financial well-being.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based in Clinton, MD. The Banking Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing sales and financial needs, and building long-term client relationships while recommending suitable banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients through branch interactions, phone calls, and scheduled appointments to support sales and service goals
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Assist with account openings, transactions, and lending/service-related requests
• Use CRM systems and digital tools to enhance customer relationships and engagement
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management standards
• Support branch operations and contribute to achieving business objectives

Additional Responsibilities:

• May be authorized to perform Notary Public duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach
• Ability to work collaboratively and use digital tools effectively

Licensing Requirement:

• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
