Job Description:

As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for expanding and deepening client relationships by providing expert financial advice and identifying opportunities to meet clients' diverse needs. You will leverage the full suite of Private Banks capabilities, collaborating with both internal and external partners to drive a holistic, Branded Client Experience. Your role will focus on cultivating long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects, ensuring their financial goals are met with personalized and comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Stimulates the influx of new customers seeking various financial products, such as credit, asset management, and deposits, to the established portfolio
• Handles sophisticated credit opportunities, including structured credit transactions
• An increase in the book's value coincides with a rise in annual revenue
• Assists and advises Private Client Managers in dealing with advanced products and customer connections
• Assumes the responsibilities of a Chief Operating Officer within the client team, organizing relationship management endeavors and supervising the proficient delivery of Branded Client Experience to foster client approval
• Supports the incorporation of digital capabilities to enrich the client and team member engagement
• Strengthens bonds with internal and external associates and key players

Required Qualifications:

• Proven history of managing relationships with affluent customers or equivalent financial industry involvement for a span of seven years or more
• Superb aptitude for performing effectively in a collaborative setting
• Exhibiting strong partnership and collaboration talents through effective communication
• Extensive knowledge of banking and credit: comprehensive understanding of investments, trust administration, and wealth shift

• Choosing between an MBA or a postgraduate degree largely depends on your career goals and long-term aspirations
